Exam’s Structure:
+ Some Multiple choice & drag drop questions
+ 2 Simlets
+ 15 lab-sim Questions with the same network topology (15 troubleshooting tickets or you can call it one “big” question). Each lab-sim is called a ticket and you can solve them in any order you like.
Topics of the lab-sims:
1- IPv6
2- OSPF
3- OSPFv3
4- Frame Relay
5- GRE
6- EtherChannel
7- RIPng
8- EIGRP
9- Redistribution
10- NTP
11- NAT
12- BGP
13- HSRP
14- STP
15- DHCP
The problems are rather simple. For example wrong IP assignment, disable or enable a command, authentication…
In each tickets you will have to answer three types of questions:
+ Which device causes problem
+ Which technology is used
+ How to fix it
When you press Done to finish each case, you can’t go back.
A demo of the TSHOOT Exam can be found at: http://www.cisco.com/web/learning/le3/le2/le37/le10/tshoot_demo.html
Note:
+ In the new TSHOOTv2, you cannnot use the “Abort” button anymore. Therefore you cannot check the configuration of another ticket before completing the current ticket.
+ We have gathered many questions about TSHOOT exam and posted them at TSHOOT FAQs & Tips, surely you will find useful information about the TSHOOT exam there!
Below are the topologies of the real TSHOOT exam, you are allowed to study these topologies before taking the exam. It surely saves you some invaluable time when sitting in the exam room (Thanks rrg for sharing this).

You can download the SAM strategy here (specially thanks to SAM who created this strategy):

My advice: Use the SAM flowchart of troubleshooting as it’s more specific on what troubleshooting steps point to what tickets.
When following the SAM process, make sure you don’t ignore the last ASW1 vlan check when you get to checking EIGRP neighbors on R4. I think some may be answering the question for that EIGRP ticket when the issue was actually on the last ASW1 step.
he already said it was blocked from Somolia due to anti-American politics wars and fake gods u cant get job there anyways y u try to get np?
That stranger could be Cisco, and giving out the account with their name on it would nullify their CCNP. WHY would Cisco do such a thing ?? r u saying that u gain NP thru false pretense ? or the fact that this site is hiding its IP ?
So you are saying it is okay to give one’s credentials to random guy from Somalia? I am not saying anything bad about Networktut, as they helped me get to 1000 on the exam. It is just hard to trust random strangers on the Interwebs.
This site does not hide its IP address. If it did, you would not be able to reach it.
pass 02/17/2020 score 980 everything is valid from networktut
Good luck
Can I just show run each device per ticket then identify the issue on each configurations? Or this can only be applicable to IPv6 tickets???
hello, what is the Nullzero method about? I studied the Sam method. Do I need to study the Nullzero method too?
@Victor – I have used the Sam method in the past. This time I used Nullzero method and found that it was easier to follow.
@Victor – The link to the Nullzero method is on the Welcome Premium Member page. Its similar to the Sam Method but may be easier to understand for some. Both methods work fine. Its just a matter of what you are comfortable with.
Thank you networktut for the information. Premium was 100% best idea ever. Finished my last test up with little time to spare.
Null strategy is awesome, easy to understand

NULLZERO strategy is awesome.

Hi ALL,
I passed Tshoot today with FULL marks. SAM strategy works perfectly for me (at least for my preference). The same tickets here and NOV-MCQs are valid. Study and prepare well and for sure you guys will pass it. Good luck to everyone! Keep it going. :)
Where can i see that the ticket is related to ipv4 or ipv6 problem?
Thanks
@DO good job, congrats!
@Henry – read the ticket.
Hi guyz i passed 1000 and nov2019 is valid.
I have a question, is there a chance to disqualified for tshoot for scoring 1000 full points? If so, when it will notify about it?
Sent you a mail.
@Report, don’t whore about it (0% chance). Congrats.
