Exam’s Structure:
+ Some Multiple choice & drag drop questions
+ 2 Simlets
+ 15 lab-sim Questions with the same network topology (15 troubleshooting tickets or you can call it one “big” question). Each lab-sim is called a ticket and you can solve them in any order you like.
Topics of the lab-sims:
1- IPv6
2- OSPF
3- OSPFv3
4- Frame Relay
5- GRE
6- EtherChannel
7- RIPng
8- EIGRP
9- Redistribution
10- NTP
11- NAT
12- BGP
13- HSRP
14- STP
15- DHCP
The problems are rather simple. For example wrong IP assignment, disable or enable a command, authentication…
In each tickets you will have to answer three types of questions:
+ Which device causes problem
+ Which technology is used
+ How to fix it
When you press Done to finish each case, you can’t go back.
A demo of the TSHOOT Exam can be found at: http://www.cisco.com/web/learning/le3/le2/le37/le10/tshoot_demo.html
Note:
+ In the new TSHOOTv2, you cannnot use the “Abort” button anymore. Therefore you cannot check the configuration of another ticket before completing the current ticket.
+ We have gathered many questions about TSHOOT exam and posted them at TSHOOT FAQs & Tips, surely you will find useful information about the TSHOOT exam there!

Hi guy’s passed today with my TSHOOT exam 300-135 with a score of 1000/1000. Nothing changed all 10 labs including 2 sims BGP and HSRP. Last 13 Nov MCQ and 2 Drag and Drop. Be careful only the tricks and make sure your plan strategy NULLZERO and SAM as well.
I just passed. Everyhing is in November and Same tickets, but there is something to recommend…
1. The first ticket, whichever it is, you may be confused and nervous and you need to accommodate yourself. Everything loks different but at the end is the same, don´t panic if you spend 15 minutes there :)
2. as @TO explained in Ticket 9. I FAILED this f***ng Ticket. He´s right. The answer is a bit tricky because they tell you to enter “no shutdown commandS” WTF COMMANDS CISCO? but this is right, it confused me and I could note this in the results
3. Be careful, because you will find the EIGRP passive-interface in the DSW1 too. This is not the problem in any ticket
4. Sometimes the window is too small for the second answer in th TT, bcause there are not 4 or 5 options to select, but 10! you just have to scroll down (I know it sounds stupid, but this took me a couple of minutes to find it out!)
5. Regarding @TO about Ticket 13. In this case I saw it really easy, basically because the last time I did the Test 2 years ago I failed it too, so it´s the first thing I check as soon as Client 1 doesn´t get the Address from DHCP. So yes, configuration can mixed it up!
So, good luck people! forget about the trolls, Cisco is not gonna change the exams at all.
@TO congratulations on your exam and thanks for this summary, it is really helpful!!!
@ YOUP
could you please confirm if its not right answer :
Ans3)Under interface Port-Channel 13, 23, add vlan 10,200 and then no shutdown interface fa1/0/1
how you answer it???
The Ticket (trouble) questions on the actual exam, the answers are indicated by multiple choice (A or B or C ….) or you have to type in the answer yourself
@regi
It’s just like in the premium site sim. You choose from a dropdown the device that is faulty, next question you choose the technology that has the issue and the last question is to describe how to solve it. You don’t write anything, only choose. After you have chosen you click done and the ticket can no longer be changed
@SDS
Sorry mate, only saw your comment until now. I meant ipconfig, my bad, client 1 is a host not a router. Commands are not clarified on tutorial but if you input one and is not implemented it’ll say so on the device
I just took the exam. 1000 points. Nothing changed. Do not pay attention to trolls posting otherwise
@TO
Very weird your exam experience. I had the same tickets I think but I didn’t see any interfaces down on ASW1 for ticket 13.
Basically my strat for APIPA tickets was to check all the relevant layer 2 and layer 3 info like VLANs, sh ip int br, sh vlan, sh int trunk on ASW1 and DSW1 and then go to check sh ip eigrp neighbor and sh ip ospf neighbor on R4. If all shows as expected I would then browse the sh run on both R4 and DSW1 to see any “weird” configs.
You have more than enough time on the test. I finished with an hour and a half to spare. MCQ and sims are piece of cake and should take you less than a minute to complete.
If there are MCQs on the site from Nov you don’t understand, don’t worry, it’ll be clear on the exam as they include more details and exhibits.
@youp
Regarding point 3, you will always see passive-interface default on DSW1, the reason that is not a problem is that you also see no passive-interface fastethernet1/0/1. It’s actually a best practice to have passive-interface default on the protocol and only enable it fdor the interfaces that will use EIGRP.
In fact one of the tickets I had I believe that was the issue, R4 had passive-interface default so the answer was to use no passive-interface on fastethernet1/0/1 and the way you know this could be an issue is with the sh ip eigrp neighbor (nothing shown on R4) and then confirm with sh run
If anyone else has any more questions, I might come back later to check and try to help out. Good luck everyone, take your time on the exam
Hi Folks,
I passed today with full score.
Everything in networktut (Premium) is still valid.
Good luck to all!
@bhai
I chose it without “no shutdown” answer.
The right one should be “enter no shotdown commands”
@Tonton – Congrats kabayan!
Praise be to God :)
Sorry @coyo i’m keeping messing with the link.
I will not change this anymore.
But I suggest to use show ip bgp neighbor instead of show ip bgp summary (to show idle, active with neighbors and established status).

best of luck to all who are in their Last Few Days [in taking exam :)]
Dont believe the bots on here..I got high 900s..almost aced it..I used nullzero and nov 19th..that’s it..that’s all..the port act question where you had to scroll down took me 20 minutes to figure out and realize ..bgp..hsrp…r1/r2 and Poe dnd…butbthats absolutely it..
Today i passed my tshoot exam with 100% all question in 13 nov
@Last_Few_Days

The multiple choice questions from Nov 2019 is sufficient to study or you have to study all the questions from the Multiple Choice Questions chapter?
Passed today 100% and finally certified, premium membership is all you need.
13 nov questions
BGP/HSRP Sims
Study all tickets from here and understand the SAM/NULLZERO strategy when troubleshooting.
Goodluck everyone!
where is the NULLZERO strategy ? I want it very important
I passed today 1000/1000. I used Premium, and I still have a week left on it. I offered it to @APIPA and @soon, but all those posts were deleted, so I do not have their email addresses. It is probably not okay to share Premium. I would not have passed without Premium, so I highly recommend that you get it.
Best of luck, everyone!
Passed today. Everything is covered under Premium membership. No new multiple choice questions or tickets. All multiple choice questions on exam where from 13 nov questions. Thanks a lot networktut !
Passed Today. Thanks NetworkTut. All questions is here.
Hello Guys,
for the ticket number 4 there is (4 a and 4 b) in strategy of SAM and Nullzero, but there is no explanation for ticket 4b, what should do about it
Thanks very much for your help
Passed score 980. ATTENTION: Lab ticket scenario had NO IPV6 address I was expecting scenario would indicate IPV6 address of DSW1 or R1 but easy to figure out ,just ping from client PC to web server 209.65.200.241 if Ping = 100% success means its IPV6 ticket. Basically all tickets scenario were exactly same with IPV4 address its up to us to find out is this IPV4 or IPV6 troubleshooting?
For LAB best is to start with client PC “IPCONFIG” if its 169.x.x.x or not, then ping to follow up NULL ZERO or SAM flow chart.
BGP & HSRP. Valid dumps + premier membership LAB all available at Nettut.
Please just completely thoroughly do premier membership LABS minimum 5 to 6 times using Null zero or SAM flow chart believe me your brain will automatically starts to find out problem of the tickets in the exam. In exam your brain will open all routers + DSW1 + ASW1 configuration virtually so in case if you stuck you just check configuration of each device and see what is missing or incorrect as per Null zero or SAM flow chart and just choose those options.
Sorry for this silly advice –>Do not waste time to learn the LAB topics on internet , just do premier membership LAB minimum 6 times and your brain will be trained to succeed the exam.
Thanks Nettut admin/owner you are genius smart without your help its very difficult to pass CCNP exam as I am hard working but not smart enough to grasp quickly.
