Exam’s Structure:
+ Some Multiple choice & drag drop questions
+ 2 Simlets
+ 15 lab-sim Questions with the same network topology (15 troubleshooting tickets or you can call it one “big” question). Each lab-sim is called a ticket and you can solve them in any order you like.
Topics of the lab-sims:
1- IPv6
2- OSPF
3- OSPFv3
4- Frame Relay
5- GRE
6- EtherChannel
7- RIPng
8- EIGRP
9- Redistribution
10- NTP
11- NAT
12- BGP
13- HSRP
14- STP
15- DHCP
The problems are rather simple. For example wrong IP assignment, disable or enable a command, authentication…
In each tickets you will have to answer three types of questions:
+ Which device causes problem
+ Which technology is used
+ How to fix it
When you press Done to finish each case, you can’t go back.

@ThanksNetTut: What is your native language?
If it’s Spanish, I’d like to ask you some things about the exam.
please guys what are those 10tickets you had on your exam? I will be taking exam tomorrow.
Passed the exam, used the NULLZERO strategy, all material from this site is still valid!
@Anonymous – E
@Tester @SFL
Yes guys everything is same, MCQ is valid till now of November section.
Only do that, no need of any extra questions to waste your time.
Any other questions let me know
hi everyone , Please tell me what is the SAM stretegy and how can i find it ??
Ah. That would be why the passing score is 846. 1000 – 77 * 2 = 846 = you can’t fail more than two labs.
Passed Today, Thanks Networktut!!!!!
– 10MCQs and DnD all of the update of 13Nov.
– 2 labs HSRP and BGP (the same as here, only different Ips)
-10 tickets: ipv6 tunnel mode, ipnat outside, ospf authentication, ipv6 ospf area 0, Passive interface, port ACL, Incorrects vlans 20,200, ASW1 as trunk mode interface f1/0/1 f1/0/2 instead of acces mode.
Also it was the Port Security ticket, but in the exam. When you enter the command “show port-sec” on ASW1, you will se fa1/0/1 f1/0/2 as shutdown, but when you enter the command “show int fa1/0/1″ the interface appear as UP, no err-disabled. I supposed it is a bug in the exam.
I choose Port security answer, but it was wrong.
* I also see that in DSW1, in the vlan 1 there was ip helper-address 10.2.21.129.
My advice is to choose the answer DHCP problem in DSW1. Only choose port security problem in ASW1 when you enter ” show int fa1/0/1 / fa1/0/2″ and they are in err-disable.
Passed Today—980 (Ireland)
Thanks Neworktut for all the help!!!
Premium Account rocks, has all you need to pass.
Good luck everyone.
Had to do TSHOOT, only to re-certify my CCNP for another 3 yrs before everything changes.
Passed today. Material within this web site is spot on! Missed one question, a ticket one, because I forgot to click the done button. Wish Cisco would allow you to go back! But anyway lesson to all future test takers “CLICK DONE BUTTON BEFORE MOVING ON!
Hi.
I passed the test yesterday after 5 days of study.
Accessing as a Premium Membership is the only thing required to be approved.
Passed today as well, all the material you need is on the Premium page. Good Luck!
Took the TSHOOT exam today – 980/1000
24 questions:
10 Tickets
BGP Sim
HSRP Sim
12 MCQs – all from the November dump
All on this site is valid – Premium membership well worth the $20
BGP sim requires you to match sh ip bgp summ to the ouput they provide by making changes to bgp in R1, they showed the 192.168 addresses in their output and I could not figure out how to get those networks to show up in the output, which is where I think I lost points. Be prepared for that.
Also “sh int status’ not working on the DSW1 / DSW2 and ASW1 / ASW2 switches, so use “sh interface fax/x/x to see err disable for port security question, or “sh ip int br” to see admin down ports for access vlan / encap dot 1q question
Good luck!
The danger is that the MCQs could change in any day
@To all people that pass the tshoot exam recently
What are the drag an drop?
Here I saw one:
Drag and drop questions to correct GRE configuration (case 2):
R1 (192.1.1.1)=============R(CA)=========== (192.1.2.1)R2
R1(config)# interface Tunnel0
R1(config-if)# tunnel mode gre ip
R1(config-if)# ip address 10.1.1.1 255.255.255.0
R2(config)# interface Tunnel0
R2(config-if)# tunnel mode gre ip
R2(config-if)# ip address 10.1.1.2 255.255.255.0
Answer:
R1:
Configure the tunnel source to be 192.1.1.1
Configure the tunnel destination to be 192.1.2.1
R2:
Configure the tunnel destination to be 192.1.1.1
Configure the tunnel source to be 192.1.2.1
Is was the question in your exam?
Hi @Poke
That is the question that I have posted, this type of question has 2 cases so you base on the IP address to arrange the answer accordingly and true.
Cisco will change new Cisco Certifications in Feb 2020 so get latest dump and take exam ASAP.
@Contact me to get share full dump (VCE, PDF, PKT, UNL) with VCE tool player and all lab sim on EVE, Packet Tracer, GNS: saaau_holo(at)yaaahoo.com (replace aaa=a)
@Anonymous
I sent a email.. thanks
Alhamdullilah just cleared the test 2 hours back, total of 24 questions (10 T, 2 sims, 2 D&D, 10 MCQ)
Go for the premium guys, as it has exam like configs and all answers are authenticated please do not purchase the dump from anyone.
Make a strategy to solve these tickets it will benefit you very well. There is a lot of time given in the exam compared to route and switch. So don’t panic take 7-8 mins per ticket also as there will be no issue.
If u guys want to understand any concept or have a doubt do let me know, in sha allah i will help you guys nojh worries. I believe in helping others since i’m a Muslim. It’s a religion that teaches peace and to help others.
Do let me know if you guys require any asistance.
Take care folks…..
please let us know what are those 10 tickets you had?
Passed today.
Only Nov MCQs were on the test.
BGP sim
HSRP sim
2 IPV6
Ticket 2 and 10 are still not on the test.
You need to know all the other tickets because any of them may be on the test.
I’m not sure about the Port Security sim. Well, I had a issue.
There was only one ticket with port Security enabled with a MAC address under the clients interface, but when I checked “show ip int brief”, the int was up/up. When I checked port Security on the interface it said there was one violation.
I thought I got all questions correct but seems like I missed two Sims or one sim and screwed up on the BGP sim.
I agree with an early post that Sims look to be 77 points. If you miss 2 Sims and 1 MCQ then you will not pass.
To expand on my last post(the one above)…
Somebody else earlier was talking about the Port Security sim just as I had mentioned. Be ready for it.
2 drag and drops on the test.
One is about a GRE tunnel and choosing the correct source and destination address. It was very easy.
The other drag and drop was the one with checking POE first, them VLAN, then TFTP(I think)……it’s on this site under NOV MCQs.
Again, ONLY Nov MCQs were on the test.
This is somebody’s earlier post about the Port Security ticket
“regarding the show port-security ticket .
Port security violations can still be shown and the port can be up/up. Explanation : the port was previously shut/ unshut, but the violations were not cleared, meaning that when you do sh ip int brief , the ports are fine (up/up) , however if you do show port-security you will see violations ( from the past) which can happen in many scenarios, one of them would be the port-security was set to restrict/protect and not to shut….(default is shut).
I hope that clarifies for you why the ports are up and port-security shows violations.
My advice is check the mac address in the port-security statement with the show run , identify if that mac add matches the client 1 or not. Alternatively you can use show err-disable.”

For Q4 of HSRP, is the issue DHCP or OSPF neigh issue ?
Thanks in advance
I just passed tshoot today.
The Premium Contents of this site is perfect.
MCQ and D&D is same of this site’s MCQ content 2019/11.
Good Luck all!!
