Your posts are warmly welcome!

Exam’s Structure:

+ Some Multiple choice & drag drop questions
+ 2 Simlets
+ 15 lab-sim Questions with the same network topology (15 troubleshooting tickets or you can call it one “big” question). Each lab-sim is called a ticket and you can solve them in any order you like.

Topics of the lab-sims:

1- IPv6
2- OSPF
3- OSPFv3
4- Frame Relay
5- GRE
6- EtherChannel
7- RIPng
8- EIGRP
9- Redistribution
10- NTP
11- NAT
12- BGP
13- HSRP
14- STP
15- DHCP

The problems are rather simple. For example wrong IP assignment, disable or enable a command, authentication…

In each tickets you will have to answer three types of questions:

+ Which device causes problem
+ Which technology is used
+ How to fix it

When you press Done to finish each case, you can’t go back.

A demo of the TSHOOT Exam can be found at: http://www.cisco.com/web/learning/le3/le2/le37/le10/tshoot_demo.html

Note:

+ In the new TSHOOTv2, you cannnot use the “Abort” button anymore. Therefore you cannot check the configuration of another ticket before completing the current ticket.

+ We have gathered many questions about TSHOOT exam and posted them at TSHOOT FAQs & Tips, surely you will find useful information about the TSHOOT exam there!

Below are the topologies of the real TSHOOT exam, you are allowed to study these topologies before taking the exam. It surely saves you some invaluable time when sitting in the exam room (Thanks rrg for sharing this).

In your doubts you can do, in the exam, on ASW1 sh int fa1/0/1 ( to client 1) and sh int fa1/0/2 ( to client 2) and see if is in error disable or not.
The command “sh int” didn’t work but “sh int fa1/0/1” works.

Brothers and sisters please be careful. Today I sit exam in Bangalore and many changes. I was told by exam centre that Cisco are trialling new exam content in high areas. I think mainly 60% of the question was from site with new simlet for OSPF and STP. Also many new McQ.

I sit exam myself today in Bangalore so I am
Talking from my own experience. It is all very different now, only
Some of the questions on this site available in the real exam. The exam now used with real life experience not from people copying dump and ruining Cisco reputation like many of you people here

    Hi Guys,

Just passed with full marks, CCNP qualified now. :)

I know people are keep saying about bugs but I haven’t had any in mummy exam. Ping, ipconfig work really well from client. From ticket you can tell if this ipv4 or v6. Plus if you can ping server it will be ipv6.

I am monitoring comments from many weeks and people say they get 2 issues I.e. T-7 and T-13 in one ticket. I haven’t seen ticket 7 appeared in exam from last couple of weeks. Just giving you all an idea.

For me every single bit worked as mentioned in premium account. Nothing was out from here and as I said no bug as well.

    Tickets: 1, 4, 6, 9, 11a, 12, 13, 14, 15, 17
    sim: BGP @ HSRP
    MCQs from Nov.

People who learn dumps but in real life they do not even know how to change switchport speed. Only a small number of people in here are real engineer. The rest are just paper engineer

    February 4th, 2020

    @938320

I have to agree with you about that, I have been Cisco Engineer for almost 10 years and I worked with CCNAs and CCNPs who didn’t know how to change switchport VLAN number.

@NIZA thank you for the agreement. Only real world engineer know the problems. But people like
KADB will say GTFOH but next day will check Cisco.com on how to shutdown switch port lol
