Exam’s Structure:
+ Some Multiple choice & drag drop questions
+ 2 Simlets
+ 15 lab-sim Questions with the same network topology (15 troubleshooting tickets or you can call it one “big” question). Each lab-sim is called a ticket and you can solve them in any order you like.
Topics of the lab-sims:

4- Frame Relay
5- GRE
6- EtherChannel
7- RIPng
8- EIGRP
9- Redistribution
10- NTP
11- NAT
12- BGP
13- HSRP
14- STP
15- DHCP
The problems are rather simple. For example wrong IP assignment, disable or enable a command, authentication…
In each tickets you will have to answer three types of questions:
+ Which device causes problem
+ Which technology is used
+ How to fix it
When you press Done to finish each case, you can’t go back.

Note:
+ In the new TSHOOTv2, you cannnot use the “Abort” button anymore. Therefore you cannot check the configuration of another ticket before completing the current ticket.

Hello guys
I have a question about one ticket. That ticket is Vlan filter. I read that the correct answer is “remove filter … ” but here we have another answer like ” no filter 1 ….. “.
Everyone that passed the exam with full marks could answer the question? I believe that the right answer is “no vilter 1 …. ” and not remove…

I have spoken to a lady at an exam center , she told me that the current “old” exams cant be seen anymore in Ciscos website !
You can’t buy old vouchers anymore only the new exams.
So if you are going to the exam and fail, you most likely won’t be abble to go for anoter round.
so PREPARE YOURSELVES WELL !

What you see here in premium networktut is the same in the exam.

I misunderstood your question.
Online is just reading and memorizing.
The premium has all the mcq, simpet and tickets in lab format so you can enter show commands in all the devices and find the fault and practice it first hand.
Is it possible to start from the desired question in ticket questions?
Alhamdullilah just cleared the exam by 945
Total 24qs
in those – 12 tickets 2 Sims 2 D&Gs and 8 MCQs
Follow any one strategy
Everything is valid as per Nov update. Go through those.

U have to first select issue on which device only then next questions will come.
Cleared with 1000/1000 today. I got 2 sims BGP and HSRP same as this site. Tickets were :
1,3,4,6,9,11,13,14,17
IPv6 tickets were: 12,15
Nov mcq are valid but 2/3 new questions were there.
1 mcq I remember was this:
There was an exhibit of 3 routers with ipv6 loopback addresses like 2000::xxx, 2001::xxx, 2010::xxx. There was IPv6 ACL was given as well and the question was about picking the correct ACL statement and put in top of ACL so that router-1 can able to communicate with router-2.
In this question I just picked the ACL statement who is allowing router-1’s loopback as source and router-2’s loopback as destination on port 22. I remember the ACL sequence was 60.
Other ones were about making GRE tunnel. Please concentrate and practice on gre tunnel configuration.

@Sandos: Actually this question is not present in NOV MCQ file.. So just thought to share this…
@nerdyys : You can do configuration in BGP sim… Actually you have to go into config mode and change/modify/add the bgp statements…. and check/verify through the “show ip bgp summary” and “show ip bgp” commands. But remember that “copy running-config startup-config” or “write memory” commands do not work there…
In HSRP Sim, I just see the configs on R1,R4,R5 and R2 and choose the appropriate answers.. thats it.. no need to modify the configs.
Henrico In my part of world Sunday is not public holiday rather Friday and Saturday is.

I think the ticket that you said, maybe is question 7 from the tut questions.
The 2nd I believe is one of the 11 or 12.
Could you confirm the above? OR it is a new question.
